CNC Machinist (DMG, Mazak, Integrex)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to program, set‑up and operate CNC equipment in its Dubai manufacturing facility. The role focuses on producing threaded connections and other oil‑and‑gas components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and company policies while working on CNC machines.
• Program, set‑up and machine threaded connections and parts according to drawings and specifications.
• Inspect and verify each part and thread to ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and care for all company equipment.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Industrial or manufacturing diploma, or equivalent vocational training in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum two years of experience in turning, machining and fitting, preferably in oil‑and‑gas manufacturing.
• Strong mathematical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to diagnose machine malfunctions and adjust settings for optimal performance.

Required skills

• Operation of CNC machines (DMG Beta & Gamma, Mazak ST450/STN500/550M, ROMI M33/M43, Doosan Puma700LM/DBC130L).
• Experience with rotatory shoulder connections (API, Grant Prideco, Tenaris, Vam) and HWDP components (drill pipe, drill collars, drill stem).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM technology and reading engineering drawings.
