CNC Machinist (DMG, Mazak, Integrex)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and maintain advanced CNC equipment, produce threaded connections and parts, and ensure high precision according to engineering drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and listen to machines to diagnose malfunctions and determine necessary adjustments.
• Produce and machine threaded connections and parts as per provided drawings and programs.
• Inspect and verify each thread and part against specifications.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment following company and department safety rules.
• Care for, use, and protect all company equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or ITI with at least 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong math, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work long hours performing repetitive tasks.
• Good verbal communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with DMG MORI (Beta & Gamma) CNC machines.
• Experience with Mazak machines (Smooth Integrex i‑500s, Integrex 400‑IV, ST450, STN500/550M).
• Experience with Doosan machines (Puma700LM, DBC130L).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM technology and CNC programming.
