CNC Machinist – DMG, Mazak & Integrex

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and program DMG MORI, Mazak Integrex and Doosan machines in our Dubai facility. The role involves producing threaded connections and precision parts according to engineering drawings while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and diagnose machine performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Produce and machine threaded connections and parts per provided drawings and programs.
• Inspect and verify each part against specifications.
• Follow all safety rules, company policies and superintendent guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI with at least 5 years of CNC experience.
• Strong math, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work long hours performing repetitive tasks.
• Good verbal communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with DMG MORI (Beta & Gamma) machines.
• Proficiency on Mazak Integrex series (i‑500s, 400‑IV, ST450, STN500/550M).
• Experience with Doosan machines (Puma700LM, DBC130L).
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM technology and CNC programming.
