Co-branded Credit Card Manager

About the role

The Co-branded Credit Card Manager will lead the operational launch of the new CBCC, an extension of the MUSE loyalty programme, scheduled for the UAE in 2027. Reporting to the PMP team, the role focuses on defining the card’s customer value proposition and ensuring a smooth, low‑disruption go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Support the PMP team in finalising the launch plan, tracking milestones, dependencies and cross‑functional readiness.
• Develop and maintain the card’s customer value proposition, including benefits, rewards mechanics and points integration with MUSE.
• Coordinate operational readiness across onboarding, servicing, payment operations and points integration.
• Design and execute BTL activation plans and store training programmes for the CBCC.
• Serve as the single point of contact for retail teams on training and support activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating product or program launches, preferably in loyalty, cards or financial services.
• Experience in a multi‑brand environment and ability to shape a customer value proposition.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational/organizational capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.
