Coffee Machine Technician

About the role

The Coffee Machine Technician will work on‑site in Dubai, installing, commissioning and configuring coffee machines for EuroCoffee’s customers. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and configure coffee machines and related equipment at customer locations and in the workshop.
• Diagnose technical problems, carry out repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct equipment checks, document service activities and advise customers on proper use and care.
• Coordinate with the technical team to manage spare parts, inventory and follow company service standards.

Required profile

• Strong background in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance for coffee or beverage equipment.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge with ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach when working on‑site.
• Valid UAE driving licence or ability to travel to customer sites.
