Colleague Welfare Supervisor

About the role

The Colleague Welfare Supervisor ensures that all employee‑focused facilities at Yas Plaza Hotels operate smoothly and meet high standards of safety, comfort and hygiene. You will be the primary point of contact for accommodation, cafeteria, and transportation services, creating a supportive environment for staff across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of colleague accommodation, ensuring rooms are clean, safe and well‑maintained.
• Manage cafeteria services, including food quality, hygiene standards and inventory control.
• Coordinate transportation services for staff, optimizing routes and schedules.
• Handle employee welfare concerns with discretion, providing timely resolutions.
• Prepare regular reports and documentation related to welfare services.
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, colleague welfare, accommodation or hospitality operations.
• Strong knowledge of basic HR practices and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work patiently and professionally with colleague concerns.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
