About the role

The Collections & Recovery Officer will manage a portfolio of overdue accounts, engaging with customers to negotiate payment solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Tagalog and Arabic who can navigate culturally diverse client interactions.

Key responsibilities

Manage and monitor a portfolio of overdue/delinquent accounts.
Contact customers and negotiate payment plans and settlements.
Resolve billing/payment disputes and support customers facing financial difficulties.
Escalate complex cases to legal teams and external recovery partners.
Maintain accurate collection records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Track collection KPIs and contribute to improving recovery strategies.

Required profile

Mandatory debt collection and recovery experience.
Fluency in Tagalog and Arabic preferred.
