Commercial Analytics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to turn complex multi‑property data into actionable insights that guide executive decisions across Rotana’s hotel portfolio. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role supports commercial leadership by delivering data‑driven recommendations for revenue, sales, marketing, distribution and loyalty strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate commercial data from all properties and markets into group‑wide performance reports.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership for board‑level decision making.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency across all commercial reporting.
• Analyse group‑wide revenue performance, monitor KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR and benchmark against industry standards.
• Support pricing strategies, promotions and distribution policies with forecasting and impact analysis.
• Analyse sales performance by region, segment and key accounts to shape corporate sales initiatives.
• Identify trends, opportunities and risks that affect overall revenue, market position and profitability.

Required profile

• Full‑time position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Minimum of 1 month experience in commercial analytics or related functions.
