Commercial Assistant

About the role

The Commercial Assistant will support Mezzan Holding Company’s commercial and customer operations in Dubai. The role involves handling customer communications, export documentation, order tracking, forecasting, invoicing and commercial reporting. It also provides tactical assistance for market development and price indexing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timely customer correspondence via phone and email, maintaining export customer files.
• Update customer forecasts in the system and follow up on orders, delivery requirements and advance payments, including Letters of Credit.
• Prepare, revise and confirm Proforma Invoices, and verify export shipment documents with required approvals.
• Coordinate shipment dispatch, monitor delivery, and process customer claims.
• Maintain price list and Proforma Invoice files, and generate commercial sales performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and Mezzan commercial procedures, and monitor the Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Support marketing and promotional activities with customers and follow up on market reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, understanding) – mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow up and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Experience or understanding of commercial/export administration processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
