Commercial Director - Sales & Growth (GCC)

About the role

Active Fitness Store supplies premium gym, fitness and sports equipment across GCC countries, serving both home-use and commercial needs. It is looking for a Commercial Director to drive sales growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales growth strategies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets.
• Drive revenue across retail stores, e-commerce, B2B and commercial fitness projects.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and distribution channels.
• Improve sales conversion, productivity and profitability.
• Establish sales KPIs, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Procurement teams to grow the business.
• Support market expansion and the development of new product categories.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dirham sales operations.
• Experience in retail, distribution, consumer products or the fitness industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE, Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to build teams, execute strategies and deliver measurable results.
