Commercial Education Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

The Commercial Education Manager – MEA will design and lead the regional capability strategy that equips sales, marketing and distributor teams with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to drive commercial success across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional commercial education and capability‑building strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Design and deliver training programs on consultative selling, product knowledge, territory planning and leadership coaching.
• Lead onboarding, certification pathways and continuous development for sales, marketing and distributor teams.
• Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to prepare commercial teams for new product launches and portfolio updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, commercial excellence, learning & development or commercial education within the healthcare/medical‑device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Business, Marketing) preferred.
• Proven success in building and delivering capability programs for multi‑country commercial teams.
