About the role

Eaton's Electrical Sector is hiring a Commercial Excellence and Marketing META in Dubai. The role brings end-to-end demand generation and lead management through to commercial opportunity and conversion, working with commercial teams to grow revenue. It covers the Middle East, Africa and Turkiye, leading strategic growth, commercial transformation, demand generation and go-to-market excellence, and acting as a strategic advisor to regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional commercial strategy and growth roadmap across the region.
• Lead strategic growth initiatives, sales excellence programs, channel marketing, panel builder programs and field product marketing.
• Drive demand generation strategies and oversee regional marketing communications.
• Translate market insights, competitive intelligence and commercial analytics into growth strategies.
• Partner with sales leaders and business units, and build relationships with distributors, consultants, contractors, panel builders and partners.
• Set up governance and performance metrics, and represent the commercial agenda in executive leadership discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Matrix leadership across business units, segments, commercial organizations and regional leadership teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution focus.
• Accountability for scalable growth, market positioning and commercial capability development.
