Commercial Interior Architect – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Interior Architect to work remotely on designing and optimizing high‑performance facilities for robotics, hardware, and AI operations. You will translate technical requirements into functional spaces that enhance safety, throughput, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate facility layouts, identifying risks and optimization opportunities across robotics operations, repair zones, charging infrastructure, receiving, storage, QC, network rooms, and operator workspaces.
• Assess operational readiness of existing facilities and recommend upgrades or modifications.
• Develop design solutions that balance technical requirements with human‑machine workflow efficiency, safety, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project‑management teams to align designs with business objectives.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate conditions and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in architecture, industrial design, or a related field with experience in commercial or industrial facility design.
• Proven ability to evaluate layouts, identify risks, and create effective design solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of operational systems thinking applied to robotics, hardware, and AI environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Proficiency with BIM software.
