Commercial Manager – Hospital Cluster

About the role

The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance across Mediclinic’s hospital cluster and associated clinics in Dubai. This includes B2B sales, B2C conversion, and coordinating inbound medical tourism while aligning with central brand and marketing frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local marketing activities within central brand and campaign guidelines.
• Drive local sales through B2C conversion, B2B account management, and inbound medical tourism.
• Maintain relationships with referrers and corporate partners.
• Serve as the local point of contact for digital health products and strategic projects.
• Provide market intelligence and performance feedback to central functions.
• Operate within central pricing, brand, and commercial standards to meet agreed targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, marketing, commerce or a related field; postgraduate qualification (MBA) is desirable.
• 6–8 years of experience in commercial, business development or sales roles, with proven B2B and B2C experience, preferably in healthcare or service‑led environments.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
• Experience in medical tourism, matrixed organisations, regulated brand environments, or managing a small team is advantageous.
