About the role
Ethos is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to work remotely with a leading AI lab. You will help train a new language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks, focusing on revenue‑operations workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows such as CRM field‑mapping schemas, lead‑routing logic, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.
- Audit pipeline hygiene and build funnel conversion dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on.
Required profile
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations.
- Proven ownership of field‑mapping schemas, lead‑routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
