Commercial & Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function for Sanzen Developments, ensuring competitive sourcing, strong supplier relationships and robust commercial negotiations across our real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing, RFQs and quotations to negotiation, purchase orders and supplier selection.
• Identify, evaluate and maintain a network of reliable suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and service providers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare and review contracts, service agreements, purchase orders and commercial terms.
• Coordinate tendering activities and produce commercial comparison sheets for management approval.
• Monitor existing contracts, renewal dates, deliverables and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Projects, Engineering, Legal and other departments to align procurement with budgets and policies.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE procurement/commercial management experience, preferably in real‑estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, tendering and procurement procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
