Commercial Project Manager – ERP Implementation & Onshore Projects

About the role

This position is created to lead the commercial side of the AGORA ERP implementation within the Gas Services division and will later transition to manage new on‑shore commercial projects. The role combines financial controlling, contract and risk management with deep ERP system expertise to ensure project profitability and long‑term commercial health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise project financial results – revenue, cost, gross profit and cash flow – and produce regular forecasts, reports and Estimate‑to‑Complete calculations.
• Maintain accurate project books, cost and pricing calculations and ensure all commercial documentation is audit‑ready.
• Oversee guarantees, bonds, insurance and foreign‑currency risk in line with corporate hedging policies.
• Act as key user/data steward for the AGORA SAP ERP rollout in the Commercial Project Management area.
• Analyse customer requirements, assess commercial and contractual feasibility and support procurement, logistics and spare‑parts delivery.
• Certify supplier and subcontractor invoices, manage payment processing and drive lessons‑learned activities.
• Identify, evaluate and manage project risks and opportunities together with the Project Manager.
• Lead change‑order and claim management with customers, consortium partners and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in commercial project management, preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of financial controlling, reporting and contract management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and drive continuous improvement.
