About the role

ValuStrat is seeking experienced Commercial and Residential Valuers to join its Real Estate Valuations Division in the UAE. The role involves delivering high‑quality valuations for a variety of asset classes while adhering to RICS Red Book standards and local regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake valuations of commercial and residential properties in line with RICS Red Book standards and UAE regulations.
• Conduct property inspections, market analysis, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports.
• Deliver accurate and timely valuation outputs to meet client and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support market research and data analysis for valuation and advisory purposes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and institutional clients.

Required profile

• Proven UAE valuation experience (mandatory).
• Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies and local market dynamics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp analytical and numerical abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ownership of a car.
