Commercial Sales Senior Representative

About the role

As a Commercial Sales Senior Representative at SAP, you will drive new business and expand existing relationships across a range of SAP software and cloud solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their technology landscape and achieve measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, sell and close new business to both existing and net‑new customers.
• Manage account and customer relationships, focusing on software license sales and cloud subscription revenue.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly quota targets.
• Develop and execute detailed account plans to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer requirements and delivering value‑based solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of each customer’s technology footprint, strategic plans and competitive landscape.
• Lead the designated territory, including prospect profiling and sales cycle management.
• Create comprehensive business plans that address customer priorities and use ROI data to support decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a disciplined, rolling pipeline.
• Coordinate with marketing, inside sales, partners and channel teams to funnel pipeline opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build strong, value‑focused relationships with enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of technology environments and strategic growth plans.
• Experience developing and executing account‑based sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
