Commercial Skills Training Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Skills Training Manager to lead the design and execution of sales skills enablement across EMEA, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern a commercial sales skills strategy aligned to business priorities and go‑to‑market motions.
• Design, curate and deliver a blended curriculum covering discovery, qualification, value selling, objection handling, negotiation, account planning and storytelling.
• Partner with sales leadership, marketing, commercial excellence, HR and other stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps and coordinate enablement calendars.
• Drive adoption of sales processes and tools, creating coaching guides, playbooks and reinforcement programs.
• Measure program effectiveness through KPIs such as participation, skill lift, pipeline progression and forecast accuracy, and lead continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, sales training or related roles.
• Strong orthopaedics knowledge and at least 3 years of experience leading teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and translate business strategy into effective learning solutions.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and managing cross‑functional teams.
