Commercial Transactional Lawyer (Remote, UAE)

About the role

This remote position is based in the United Arab Emirates and offers a senior commercial transactional lawyer the chance to provide strategic legal support for complex commercial operations within an international, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, service, licensing, distribution, partnership, NDA and joint‑venture contracts.
• Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks, contractual obligations and compliance with applicable Australian laws and regulations.
• Support corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations through legal due diligence and documentation.
• Analyse business strategies from a legal perspective and deliver practical recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of commercial legislation, regulations and contract law developments.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial transactions, corporate law or a related legal field.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
• Proven ability to assess legal risks and provide business‑focused advice.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
