Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, and oversee stations, quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations and plates before service to meet presentation standards.
• Keep food service stations stocked, sanitary and organized while following proper food handling, storage and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
