Commis 3 Chef – Cold Kitchen (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Commis 3 Chef to work in the cold kitchen at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. The successful candidate will support the culinary team by preparing and presenting high‑quality cold dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and ensure guest dining experiences meet the hotel’s standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximise guest satisfaction, respond promptly to enquiries and resolve problems.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, helping the hotel achieve its initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs, manage inventory and maintain productivity.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies and audit requirements.
