Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Execute complex recipes while maintaining knowledge of the full menu.
• Oversee station execution, conduct quality control checks, and perform inventory inspections.
• Inspect and finalize plates before service to ensure presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace following food safety protocols.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items and support inventory management.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
