Commis I – Cold Section (5‑Star Resort)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commis I to join the Cold Section of our 5‑star resort kitchen in Ras Al Khaimah. You will support the preparation of cold dishes for à‑la‑carte and buffet services, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble cold menu items following property recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistency and quality across à‑la‑carte and buffet presentations.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team, sharing ideas to improve dishes and workflow.
• Respond to guest feedback and adjust preparations accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Commis or similar role in a 5‑star hotel or resort in the UAE.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Culinary education or formal training.
• Team‑oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
