About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Commis I in the Indian Section, you will prepare delicious dishes while delivering the warmth and light of Hilton’s hospitality to every guest.

Key responsibilities

Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and perform quality control and inventory checks.
Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary workspace while following food safety protocols.
Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
