About the role

As a Commis II in the In‑Room Dining team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will play a key part in delivering memorable culinary experiences to guests staying in their rooms. You will work under the guidance of senior chefs to prepare and present a variety of high‑quality dishes while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, plate, and deliver in‑room dining orders promptly and accurately.

• Assist senior chefs with inventory checks, stock rotation, and basic food preparation.
