Commis II – Kitchen Assistant in Dubai

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach offers a luxury hospitality environment where team members create memorable experiences for guests. The Commis II will support the culinary team in delivering high‑quality food service in a dynamic hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Date all food containers, rotate stock, and ensure perishables are stored at proper temperatures.
• Check par levels for each shift, determine preparation needs, and set up the line and freezer pulls.
• Record out‑of‑stock items or potential shortages and return unused food to designated storage areas, covering and dating perishables.
• Assist in planning actions to correct food cost issues and control waste, loss, and usage according to policies.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of culinary or related work experience.
• Education from a cooking school or culinary institute, or equivalent experience.
• Strong time‑management and efficiency.
• Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
