Key responsibilities

• Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, ensuring proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set‑up.
• Identify out‑of‑stock items or possible shortages.
• Return unused food items to designated storage areas, covering and dating perishables.
• Assist in creating plans and actions to correct any food‑cost problems.
• Control food waste, loss and usage according to policies.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Required profile

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
