Commis III – In-Room Dining

About the role

The Commis III supports the In‑Room Dining operation at Four Seasons Dubai, ensuring food is prepared, stored and delivered to the highest standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality, safety and efficiency in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Date all food containers, rotate stock and ensure perishables are kept at proper temperatures.
• Check par levels, prepare necessary items, pull from freezers and set up service lines for each shift.
• Return unused food to designated storage, covering and dating perishables appropriately.
• Assist in identifying and correcting food‑cost issues, controlling waste and loss according to policy.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of culinary or related work experience.
• Education from a cooking school or culinary institute, or equivalent experience.
• Strong time‑management and efficiency.
• Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
