Commission-Based Real Estate Broker

About the role

Indus Real Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker to join its Sales, Leasing, and Off‑Plan divisions in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential, commercial and off‑plan properties while delivering professional market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market properties through approved portals, social media and networking channels.
• Conduct property viewings, explain features, pricing and terms to prospects.
• Guide buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords through the entire transaction process, from enquiry to completion.
• Maintain accurate property listings, client records and transaction documentation.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, new project launches and competitor activity.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals and networking.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of relevant real‑estate experience in Dubai (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Dubai real‑estate regulations (RERA, DLD).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
