Commission‑Based Real Estate Broker (Dubai)

About the role

Indus Real Estate, a RERA‑registered brokerage with over two decades in the Dubai market, is looking for a motivated Commission‑Based Real Estate Broker. You will join the Sales, Leasing and Off‑Plan divisions, working on residential, commercial and off‑plan projects while supporting a structured, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Market residential, commercial and off‑plan properties through approved portals, social media and networking channels.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and guide clients through transactions.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and administrative teams.
• Prepare, update and manage property listings.
• Attend property launches, industry events and networking opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales and leasing performance targets.

Required profile

• At least six months of relevant real‑estate experience in Dubai (preferred).
• Experience in property sales, leasing and brokerage (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
