Commissioning Director

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commissioning Director with a proven track record in overseeing and managing complex multi‑billion‑dollar onshore oil and gas EPCM projects. You will lead the commissioning phase, ensuring systems are tested, verified and handed over safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures and execution strategies to maximise efficiency and reduce cost.
• Oversee testing, verification and integration of systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Lead the commissioning management team, manage budgets, resources and logistics, and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare comprehensive commissioning documentation, including test results, certificates and close‑out records.
• Identify risks during commissioning and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring HSE compliance throughout.
