Commissioning Manager

About the role

Commissioning Managers are accountable for planning, scheduling and implementing commissioning activities on assigned oil‑and‑gas projects, ensuring compliance with work standards and client specifications. The role requires deep knowledge of the contract scope of work and close coordination with all project disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Commissioning Execution Plan and detailed commissioning schedule.
• Lead and coordinate pre‑commissioning, commissioning and start‑up activities, including tool and equipment procurement.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients and vendors to address HSE compliance, progress and issue resolution.
• Oversee the preparation and issuance of commissioning deliverables, test run procedures, and operating manuals.
• Manage subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safe and timely execution of commissioning tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant oil‑and‑gas experience, including at least 5 years leading commissioning works.
