Communications & Content Specialist

About the role

The Communications & Content Specialist will lead internal, external and corporate communications, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with business objectives. Acting as the central authority for storytelling, the role shapes the tone of voice and supports all departments with strategic content.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain tone of voice, messaging frameworks and communication standards.
• Create and manage content for intranet, website and social media channels.
• Develop executive communications such as presentations, speeches and key messages.
• Support business units with structured, strategic content and campaign narratives.
• Review and refine all communication outputs to ensure quality, consistency and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR and leadership to understand and meet communication needs.
• Monitor effectiveness of communications and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong writing, editing and content development abilities.
• Experience managing digital content platforms (intranet, website).
• Familiarity with social media content management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and uphold corporate values in all communications.
