Community Liaison – Community Management Support

About the role

The Community Liaison supports the community management team in overseeing Owners’ Associations (OA) and ensuring compliance with the law governing jointly owned property. Reporting to the Community Manager or Supervisor, the role involves day‑to‑day interaction with OA board members, owners, service providers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, address HSE issues and report them via formal CAFM entries.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date community action tracker and follow up on all items.
• Inspect and verify third‑party contractor work, approve completion reports, and coordinate joint inspections with service providers.
• Issue Notices of Violations, manage service requests and support emergency incident handling.
• Prepare operational reports, assist in weekly soft‑services meetings and draft official correspondence.
• Communicate with owners/residents via email, phone or in‑person to resolve concerns and keep them informed of maintenance activities.
• Stay current on relevant laws, community rules and the Facilities Management contract, recommending procedural improvements and cost‑saving measures.

Required profile

• Experience in community or property management, preferably with Owners’ Associations.
• Good knowledge of local property law and HSE regulations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facility Management) systems.
• Familiarity with HSE compliance processes.
