About the role
Assort Health is seeking a proactive Community Manager to be the heartbeat of its new New York office. You will ensure the workspace runs smoothly, create an outstanding experience for employees, candidates, and guests, and help shape a vibrant company culture as the team scales.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, mail handling, and facilities issues.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping the space stocked and organized.
- Plan and execute events, celebrations, and team‑building activities that foster community.
- Manage seating arrangements and shared‑space strategy to support a growing workforce.
- Assist new hires with onboarding and guide them through their first day.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for creating structure.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to make people feel at home.
