Compliance Accelerator Program – Administrative Support

About the role

This position supports the MLRO Office in day‑to‑day compliance administration within Binance's Accelerator Program. You will work closely with senior compliance analysts to ensure accurate case tracking and regulatory documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance trackers, spreadsheets, and case logs with high accuracy.
• Review KYC, CDD, and EDD documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in reviewing transaction monitoring alerts and case escalations.
• Prepare evidence packs and documentation for internal reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations.
• Draft and update compliance checklists, procedures, and training materials.
• Support record‑keeping and document retention in line with VARA requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the law‑enforcement liaison function under supervision.
• Assist with client outreach for missing or expired KYC documents.
• Help prepare regulatory filings and VARA‑related submissions under supervision.
• Gather supporting information for AML/CFT investigations and escalate to analysts.

Required profile

• Graduate in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, Criminology, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, fintech, and VASP regulation.
• Basic understanding of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions, and financial‑crime compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• UAE/Dubai residency or ability to work in Dubai.
