Compliance Manager

About the role

The Compliance Manager will support the delivery of the Company Compliance Program in line with ADNOC Group policies. This role ensures that ethics and compliance risks are identified, mitigated, and that a strong compliance culture is embedded across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for implementing the Compliance Program and associated policies.
• Design, deliver, and maintain compliance awareness and training programmes, both face‑to‑face and e‑learning.
• Administer conflict‑of‑interest declarations, gifts & entertainment approvals, and compliance training logs.
• Manage annual compliance planning, ethics and compliance process documentation, and third‑party risk reviews.
• Conduct risk‑based assessments of key compliance risks, including anti‑bribery, antitrust, international trade controls and sanctions.
• Investigate allegations of non‑compliant conduct and support corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver compliance awareness campaigns and mock surveys to assess staff readiness.
• Support regular reporting obligations of the Compliance Department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate compliance, ethics, or related regulatory functions.
• Strong understanding of anti‑bribery and corruption, third‑party integrity, antitrust, and international trade sanctions.
• Ability to develop and deliver training and awareness programmes.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across business units.
