Compliance Officer

About the role

The Compliance Officer will oversee regulatory compliance across EX.IO's entities in the UAE, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and supporting licensing requirements for virtual asset and financial services activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and perform compliance monitoring and testing.
• Prepare regulatory reports and documentation for regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Advise business teams on regulatory impacts and support internal training on compliance standards.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and product teams to align new initiatives with global and local regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• Strong background in compliance management and regulatory compliance, preferably within virtual assets or fintech.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess compliance risks.
• Clear, professional communication skills for preparing reports and explaining requirements to diverse stakeholders.
