About the role

As a Concierge at One&Only One Za'abeel, you will ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional, personalized service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide highly skilled, personalized service to fulfill each guest’s unique needs and desires.
• Handle all guest inquiries related to shopping, itinerary personalization, recommendations, and arrangements.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Arrange transportation, including airport transfers, limousines, and car rentals.
• Manage luggage, escort guests to rooms, and offer orientations to hotel facilities and services.
• Greet VIP guests and deliver heightened attention and service.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, restaurants, and services to provide accurate recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and arrange tickets for shows, concerts, sporting events, tours, and excursions, creating unique experiences.
