Concierge Valet Parker

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for a professional Concierge Valet Parker to deliver seamless arrival, departure and parking services for members, guests and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, courteous and efficient experience that reflects the club’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Receive, park, retrieve and return vehicles safely and efficiently, following all valet procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle details, keys, parking locations and guest information.
• Assist with luggage, personal belongings and special requests.
• Provide concierge support such as directions, recommendations and bookings.
• Coordinate with reception, security, hospitality and operations teams.
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage and report any incidents promptly.
• Keep the valet area, entrance and drop‑off zones clean, organized and presentable.
• Support high‑volume arrivals, special events and private functions.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using valet ticketing or vehicle tracking systems (if any).
• Basic record‑keeping and documentation skills.
