Conference Producer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conference Producer to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a contract basis. You will research emerging trends, develop compelling conference content, engage influential stakeholders and secure high‑profile speakers to deliver an exceptional delegate experience for a leading regional summit platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative conference agendas and engaging session formats that inspire audiences.
• Identify, engage and secure renowned local and international speakers.
• Collaborate with government entities, industry leaders, sponsors and subject‑matter experts.
• Manage conference tracks from concept through onsite delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Production and Event Technology.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience producing conferences, summits or executive‑level events.
• Strong research, stakeholder engagement and project‑management abilities.
• Experience working with government entities, international organisations or large‑scale events.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives and industry leaders.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for creating impactful content.
