Connectivity Centre Agent

About the role

The Connectivity Centre Agent is the central communication point for One&Only Royal Mirage Resort, handling guest and internal calls with a high level of personalized service. You will ensure seamless coordination of guest requests and uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage all internal and external telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Project a favorable image of the resort during all telephonic interactions.
• Coordinate guest requests promptly to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain the proper functioning of the Connectivity Centre as the hub of resort communications.
• Report directly to the Connectivity Centre Manager.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in a similar role within upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Strong customer service background with excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language is a plus.
• Computer literacy and experience using the Opera property management system.
• Middle East/GCC experience is advantageous.
