Construction BIM Architect – Bilingual (English/Arabic)

About the role

Pinnacle is seeking an experienced Construction BIM Architect to work onsite in Dubai. This hands‑on position focuses on BIM coordination during the construction stage, requiring strong architectural BIM expertise and fluent communication in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and coordinate architectural BIM models throughout construction and execution phases.
• Synchronise architectural, structural and MEP disciplines and manage clash detection.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, detailed drawings and construction documentation.
• Handle RFIs, technical queries, consultant comments and technical/material submissions.
• Support 4D/5D BIM workflows, project reporting and BIM documentation.
• Lead as‑built modelling, digital handover and asset‑information delivery.
• Participate in client meetings, technical workshops and coordination presentations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in architecture, BIM and construction project delivery.
• Proven construction‑stage BIM coordination experience on Middle East/GCC projects, preferably in Dubai.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic with strong client‑facing communication skills.
• Experience working with main contractors, construction consultants or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Stable professional track record and a portfolio demonstrating construction‑stage BIM work.
