Construction Foreman – Civil & Marine Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Foreman to lead and supervise site construction teams on Innovo Infrastructure’s civil and marine projects. The role involves ensuring daily works align with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute construction activities according to approved drawings, methods, and timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate workforce and subcontractors to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Monitor and enforce safety, health, and environmental procedures on the worksite.
• Conduct inspections to verify quality standards and address any non‑conformities.
• Liaise with site engineers and project management to report progress and raise operational concerns.
• Manage site materials and tools to minimise waste and delays.
• Promote a productive and disciplined site environment in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Trade Certification in Civil or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in infrastructure or marine construction (roads, drainage, utilities).
• Proven leadership and workforce coordination on active job sites.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, construction drawings, and methods.
• Ability to manage labour, materials, and tools under pressure.
