About the role
Antal International is seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Civil to lead civil construction activities for a major 132 kV substation project in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee civil construction from mobilization to handover.
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specs, quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants and authorities.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues and mitigate risks.
- Deliver the project on time in line with contractual obligations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 12–15 years construction management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Experience on large‑scale infrastructure, preferably substation or power projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and fluent English (Arabic a plus).
