Construction Manager - Depot

About the role

RINA is seeking a Construction Manager for its depot projects in Abu Dhabi. The role sits within the Project Engineering Division and is responsible for leading the technical execution of complex, high‑value construction initiatives, ensuring quality, safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical feasibility assessments during the proposal phase, identifying requirements and potential challenges.
• Develop accurate project estimations, define resource needs and allocate skilled personnel.
• Oversee technical delivery, monitor milestones, and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Establish and enforce advanced quality‑control protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Discipline Managers and subcontractors to optimise resource allocation and task reassignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management or senior engineering roles.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, high‑value projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for junior engineers.
• Excellent problem‑solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
