Construction Manager (Fit‑Out)

About the role

The Construction Manager (Fit‑Out) will oversee the quality and safety of all civil and fit‑out works on overseas construction sites. The role ensures compliance with engineering specifications, construction drawings, and applicable standards while supporting the Project Manager with technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise general contractors and site workers to maintain high quality and safety standards.
• Create and review Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and Change Orders.
• Ensure all work follows approved manuals, procedures, and contract documents.
• Develop and maintain project cost controls, budgets, and accounting records.
• Estimate and negotiate change orders, coordinate schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.
• Monitor contractors’ construction schedules and review weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Report project status to business and market leaders and attend client program meetings as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE/GCC construction market.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Fit‑Out projects, preferably in 5‑star hotels.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Available to work in the UAE and able to join immediately.
