Construction Manager – High‑rise Project in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of a high‑rise building project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring safe, on‑time delivery to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities from mobilisation through completion and handover.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and the workforce.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor progress against the approved programme and implement recovery plans when required.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, façade, fit‑out and MEP works.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics efficiently.
• Resolve construction, technical and coordination issues promptly.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities and internal departments.
• Prepare regular progress, risk and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of construction experience, with proven experience as a Construction Manager on major high‑rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, planning and site management.
• Experience managing projects from structural works through finishing and handover.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead large multicultural teams and multiple subcontractors.
